There's no support email for this site — and that's deliberate. We don't run HiStream, so we can't help with playback issues, accounts (there aren't any on a portal like this), or content takedowns. For anything about the streaming portal itself, you'd need its own official channels, which we don't represent.

The discussion sections under our pages are where we read everything. That's the fastest way to reach the people who write this site, and the only channel we monitor. You don't need an account to comment — just keep it civil and on-topic.

What we can help with

• Factual corrections. Wrong date, wrong feature description, a claim that doesn't hold up — tell us and we'll check it.
• Outdated information. Streaming portals rotate domains and change features. If a fact on this site has gone stale, point it out.
• Privacy concerns. If something published here bothers you on privacy grounds, say so and we'll review it.
• General questions about the topics we cover, as long as they're not requests for links or workarounds.

What we can't help with

• Getting a blocked site to load, or finding a current working address for any streaming portal.
• Recovering accounts or watch history on any streaming service.
• Content takedown requests aimed at the streaming portal — we host no video and have nothing to take down.
• Technical support for third-party apps, browser extensions, or "official app" downloads. There's no official app; anything claiming to be one is third-party.

A note on privacy

We don't collect personal information through this site, and we don't publish reader details anywhere. If you post in the discussions, don't share anything you wouldn't want public — no real names, no phone numbers, no email addresses. Comments are public by design.

We'll never ask you to download anything, create an account, or contact us off-site. If someone claiming to be us does, it isn't us.
